JEAVONS EUROTIR TROPHY
It all Kicks off Saturday 5th April 2025 with 8 teams competing for the first JET, a couple from Holland and one from the UK along with other Cyprus clubs. The Semi-Finals and Finals will be held on Sunday 6th April 2025 with a special matches at the end of the Tournament where a CYPRUS Walking Football Team will be playing against Pimlico WFC and FC Emmem. It will be our nation’s first competitive matches which are all part of their preparations for the forthcoming World Nations Cup in October this year being held in Spain. One of Pafos United’s favourite characters, Paul Nicholls was recently selected to be the goalkeeper for the England Parkinsons Walking Football team to play a tournament in Tampa Bay, Florida. So congratulations go to Paul, but not only that, England only won the tournament!! Huge success Paul, well done! See you back in Cyprus soon
With the success of the first WFiC Walking Football in Cyprus Leage that ends on Sunday 9th March 2025, Pafos United will already be looking to enter the next one scheduled to start in October, so watch this space as there will be some changes to the teams and perhaps we will be in for one or two surprises. Watch this space!

Pafos United continue to be very excited about the forth coming World Nations Cup (21-24 October) being held in Spain–we are still hopeful we’ll be providing some of the 12 strong squad to help Cyprus National team firmly put the country on the map with the sport of Walking Football. Next trial sessions are being held at AM Fair Game Sports Center by WFiC on Sunday 2ndMarch 2025 staring at 9.00 am
